Information collected automatically: - Usage data (pages visited, features used, click patterns) - Device and browser information - IP address and approximate location - Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the GetReserve platform
- Process reservations and send confirmation/reminder communications
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure
- Send transactional emails and, with your consent, marketing communications
- Analyse usage patterns to improve our product
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account at any time (see Section 7). After deletion, we may retain certain information for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Reservation history is retained for up to 3 years following the date of the reservation to support analytics and dispute resolution for restaurant partners.

- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Role-based access controls
- Regular security assessments
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.
