Information collected automatically: - Usage data (pages visited, features used, click patterns) - Device and browser information - IP address and approximate location - Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the GetReserve platform
• Process reservations and send confirmation/reminder communications
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Send transactional emails and, with your consent, marketing communications
• Analyse usage patterns to improve our product
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With restaurant partners: When you make a reservation, we share your name, contact details, and reservation details with the relevant restaurant.

With service providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., email delivery, analytics, payment processing) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GetReserve, our users, or the public.

Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account at any time (see Section 7). After deletion, we may retain certain information for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Reservation history is retained for up to 3 years following the date of the reservation to support analytics and dispute resolution for restaurant partners.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

• TLS encryption for data in transit
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security assessments

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in
• Remember your preferences
• Understand how you use our platform (analytics)
• Measure marketing campaign effectiveness

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the platform. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of GetReserve after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
