What is GetReserve?

GetReserve is a restaurant management and reservation platform for front-of-house operations. It connects an online booking page, a reservation book, table management, floor plans, waitlists, guest profiles and reservation analytics in one system.

Can I use GetReserve without changing my website?

Yes. Every restaurant gets its own booking page. Link to it from your website, Google Business Profile, Instagram or anywhere else — no rebuild required.

Do I need special hardware?

No. GetReserve runs in a web browser on desktop, tablet and phone.

Pricing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. You can create your restaurant and take reservations on the free plan. Paid plans add more spaces, the waitlist, deeper guest management and analytics for a fixed monthly price.

Do you charge per cover, per reservation or commission?

No. Paid plans are a flat monthly or annual subscription. You pay the same whether you seat 200 guests a month or 5,000.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Move between plans as your restaurant changes. There is no per-cover commitment to work off.

Operations

Can guests choose their own table?

Yes. Your booking page can show your floor plan so guests pick an available table, or you can let GetReserve suggest one. You can also require table selection for every booking.

How does the waitlist work?

When a time slot is full, guests can join your waitlist from the booking page. Your team sees waiting guests next to reservations and can mark them notified, seat them or turn them into a reservation.

Who owns my guest data?

Your restaurant does. Guest profiles, visit history, notes and tags belong to your restaurant — GetReserve is not a diner marketplace.
